LegUps Refund & Return Policy

At LegUps, we want you to feel confident the moment you step into your first pair. If it’s not the right fit, we’ve got you covered.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags
  • You must provide proof of purchase

To start a return, contact us at info@legups.com.
Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.

First Pair Guarantee (Risk-Free Trial)

If this is your first time trying LegUps, you may:

  • Wear and test one pair
  • If you’re not satisfied, we’ll refund or replace that first pair within 30 days

Notes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Limit: one worn pair per customer
  • We recommend ordering a single pair first to find your fit

Additional Items (Unopened Only)

For all additional items in your order:

  • Must be unopened and unused to qualify for a refund or exchange
  • Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs

Build-A-Pack & Promotional Orders

  • Orders placed using Build-A-Pack discounts or bundle pricing are final sale
  • Exceptions apply only if items arrive damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our product.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us immediately at info@legups.com
  • Include a photo and description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item:

  1. Request a return for the original item
  2. Place a new order for the replacement

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you of approval
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
